Beef

Our beef originates from family farms in Colorado and Nebraska that qualify under USDA Beef programs that ensure the animals are well cared for throughout their entire lives. This part of the country is notorious for producing some of the best tasting Angus beef. 

Our partners will hold humanely raised animal certifications such as Certified Humane and global animal partnerships. We work with partners who share the same belief of allowing their cattle to live happy lives on grass, eating the highest quality vegetarian feed, and fully free from injections of antibiotics or growth hormones. Part of the certification program process involves a regular occurrence of on-going inspections from source verifications to a full analysis of the feed.
