The Berkshire Heritage breed is among the highest grade of Pork as it brings a strong combination of juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. The heritage breed is of medium size, pink-hued, and heavily marbled, and also known in Japan as the Kobe beef of pork. Our pasture-raised pigs have a higher vitamin content as well as a better ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids as they spend the majority of the lives roaming free off the land.
