Shipping Policy

Items in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if we do not have enough stock to fulfill your order within 24 hours. Our team will work to find a solution if you have a time constraint on your order. Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day assuming it is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship within two business days. Sunday is not a business day for processing or dispatching orders.

It is important to remember that shipping times vary according to the zip code of the recipient. Please refer to the estimated shipping time provided at the time when you place the order.

During holidays delivery times are not guaranteed, we have no way to control shipping carriers. We use FedEX and USPS shipping and decide which carrier to use to ship every single order, based on the weight and your zip code.

If you have a preference, please make sure to add your request in the Additional Notes field at the time of placing your order and we’ll try to fulfill it, however, it’s not guaranteed.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
